New Kaitenzushi – 新回転寿司

日本にほんの伝統料理でんとうりょうりで、外国がいこくの方々かたがたに人気にんきのあるもの と言いえば、寿司すしである。普通ふつうの寿司屋すしやはけっこう な値段ねだんがするが、最近さいきんは回転寿司屋かいてんずしやが増ふえ、安値やすねで手軽てがるに寿司すしを食たべることができる。

A traditional Japanese food which is popular among foreigners is “sushi”. Normal sushi restaurants are quite expensive but recently the number of “kaitenzushi” (conveyor belt sushi) restaurants has increased and we can easily eat sushi for cheap.

回転寿司屋かいてんずしやといえば、レールの上うえを様々さまざまな種類しゅるいの寿司すしが回まわり、自分じぶんの好すきな寿司すしをとって、食たべることができる。

When we talk about “kaitenzushi”, various kinds of sushi turn around on the conveyor belt and we can pick-up the ones we like and eat them.

しかし、最近さいきんは新あたしいタイプの回転寿司屋かいてんずしやが登場とうじょうしている。この間あいだ行いった回転寿司屋かいてんずしやでは、寿司すしが流ながれていない。テーブルの上うえにあるタッチパネルを使つかって商品しょうひんを選えらぶと、レールの上うえを寿司すしをのせた台だいが走はしり、注文ちゅうもんをした人ひとの前まえで止とまる。要ようは、注文ちゅうもんした寿司すしがレールを通とおって自動じどうで運はこばれてくるのだ。これなら、食たべたい寿司すしをためらうことなく注文ちゅうもんできる。普通ふつうの回転寿司屋かいてんずしやだと、混雑時こんざつじはなかなか声こえをかけて注文ちゅうもんしにくいのだ。

But recently a new type of “kaitenzushi” restaurant has appeared. At the “kaitenzushi” I have been to the other day, sushi were not turning around. When we choose the sushi by using the touch-panel on the top of the table, a small car with the sushi ordered runs on the conveyor belt and stops in front of the person who ordered. In short, the sushi we ordered is carried on the belt automatically. With this system we can order the sushi we want without hesitation. Because in a normal “kaitenzushi” restaurant it’s not easy to tell the order when it’s crowded.

その他ほか、寿司すしを乗のせる台だいが新幹線しんかんせんの形かたちをしたユニークな回転寿司屋かいてんずしやも登場とうじょうしている。寿司産業すしさんぎょうのこれからが益々ますます楽たのしみである。

In addition, unique “kaitenzushi” restaurants where the shape of the car bringing sushi is like a “shinkansen”(bullet-train) are appearing. I am more and more looking forward to seeing the future of the sushi industry.
